My name is Marcy. I’m 36 and have 3 kids. I had my breast enhancement surgery on August 27th. I had breast augmentation and also a small tummy tuck. I was scared not knowing, but this website really helped me to get over it!
On surgery day, I was nervous and couldn’t sleep the night before. I used Dr. Jason Pozner in Boca Raton, Florida. They were so supportive. When I woke up after my procedure, I felt a sore. I stayed at a hotel near the hospital. When I went to the hotel room there was an hospital bed. When I laid in bed I needed help getting up twice. After that I was getting up by myself I felt great, a little sore but that’s it.
The next morning after surgery the doctor came in and released me. When I returned home I slept in a lazy boy, and was only taking Tylenol when needed. I felt pretty good, not what I expected.
It’ll be two weeks this coming Monday and I’m almost back to my regular schedule. I’m very pleased with everything. Finally having four children I have my body back.
I would recommend this doctor to anyone. They are great.

Hi! My name is Sarah and I have had two breast augmentation surgeries with breast implants. My first surgery was with saline breast implants and my second surgery was with silicone breast implants.
I had my original breast augmentation in 2000. I built the breast augmentation website to share my surgery story and the information about my recovery after my breast enlargement surgery. In my second surgery, I replaced my saline breast implants with silicone breast implants. I loved my first set of implants but they were firm and I think I may have had some capsular contracture. But my second set is big and soft and I really love them. I am 40 years old and the mom of two middle school children. I am average height (about 5’5 and I weigh about 130 pounds. I am very muscular so I am not really “skinny” and I think I can carry the size implants that I have although some think I have have big breast implants or huge boobs.

At the age of 29, I had breast augmentation with saline breast implants to put some pep back in my step. I breastfed both of my kids and I was sagging a lot and lost a lot of volume. At barely 30, I had old looking breasts already.
I spent so much time researching this breast augmentation and finally thought I had enough faith in the process to pull the trigger and get breast implants. I postponed my surgery twice but I finally decided to have it done. I thought sharing my story with women like you and me would be as helpful for me as it might be for other women to read.
I don’t think that breast implants are about sexy breasts or men being attracted to huge beautiful boobs. I just wanted to feel feminine again and now I do.
2004. So fast forward 4 years from my first surgery and silicone was finally approved. My saline breast implants were starting to get firm and one was a little malformed. I went to a plastic surgeon who specialized in silicone breast implants and got all of the information about the new implants.
The pain with my revision surgery was nothing compared to my first surgery. The first few weeks were manageable and then by 2-3 months I felt like these breasts were always mine in the first place. They are so soft and natural. I finally have cleavage now and love the way the implants feel. I have really great sensation in my breasts and my nipples.
